Ingredients:
- 2 Ohio apples
- 3 c fresh raw broccoli, cut up
- 1/4 c chopped walnuts
- 1 T chopped red onion
- 1/3 c raisins
- 1/2 c vanilla low-fat yogurt
Core and chop apples. Mix all ingredients together and serve over lettuce. Makes 4 servings.
