Ingredients:

  • 2 Ohio apples
  • 3 c fresh raw broccoli, cut up
  • 1/4 c chopped walnuts
  • 1 T chopped red onion
  • 1/3 c raisins
  • 1/2 c vanilla low-fat yogurt

Core and chop apples. Mix all ingredients together and serve over lettuce. Makes 4 servings.
